As many of you know, my business has grown tremendously over the last year. I am currently handling all the facets of my business by myself. I design all the jewelry and I physically make all the jewlery. That itself is already a ton of work. However I'm also the book keeper, graphic designer, photographer, web master, marketing coordinator, customer service representative, sales representative, supply buyer, misc office administrator, chauffeur and custodian. It is a lot of work, and I'm finding that there just aren't enough hours in the day anymore for me to continue growing! So I would really appreciate your vote.
I would love to train an employee in hopes of giving them a long term job with flexible hours and fair pay. I think they would also enjoy learning lots of cool stuff!
Even if you don't win, you should still hire an employee!

My father's side of the family had a lot of jewelers including my aunt Jayne Demarcay who is still doing trunk shows all over the us with her jewelry. im curious if i inherited the gene...BUT I currently live in Austin, and I can just hope you find someone wonderful! - Dinah C.F.
